Job Description-
Individually managing and leading a team , Productivity, team management with a leadership capability, with the following work profiles
· Lead and manage the full finance and compliance functionality of India sub-region
· Ensure India subsidiary fully compliance with statutory requirement
· Responsible for daily operations of the financial activities of India subsidiary, serve as Finance focal point.
· Ensure the integrity, accuracy and timely delivery of financials for all subsidiaries, oversee the consolidation process; provide monthly/quarterly/year end analysis.
· Provide management reporting to the regional FP&A team and General Manager India including budget preparation.
· Review Payroll and Sales Compensation calculations done by payroll providers.
· In charge of company secretary related tasks by working with external and internal consultants.
· In charge of tax planning of India subsidiary by working with HQ tax and external tax
· Work closely and maintain a good relationship with auditors and tax advisors, Manage audits
· Ad-Hoc projects required by management or other departments.
